TelyRx lists menopause medicines within a broader online prescription service. Readers can investigate a new prescription request or transferring an existing prescription. That is a different starting point from joining a clinic built around continuing menopause appointments.
We reviewed its women’s health catalog, estradiol tablet page and help center in September 2026. This article explains the published purchasing model and the clinical questions that remain. We did not order medication, submit a health intake or test a prescription transfer.
What appears in the menopause catalog
The women’s health catalog lists estradiol tablets, patches and vaginal products, progesterone capsules and some combination products. Those are distinct medicines with different uses and instructions. A catalog makes products easier to find; it does not establish which one belongs in your care.
If you are starting treatment, begin with an assessment of your symptoms and history. If continuing treatment, compare the exact medicine, strength, route and quantity on your existing prescription. A new request still needs a prescriber
The estradiol tablet page describes an online review by an independent licensed provider. Its no-prior-prescription wording means you can request an assessment without bringing an existing prescription. It does not mean the medicine is available without medical authorization or that approval is guaranteed.
Provide a complete history, including other hormones and medicines from different services. Ask what ongoing assessment is included after approval and what requires a separate clinician. Read the order total carefully
The estradiol page lists a $22 provider review fee per order for new prescriptions, separate from the selected medicine price. It also shows a transfer option without that provider fee. Shipping depends on the order details. Confirm the current amount for your chosen strength and supply before calculating a monthly cost.

Insurance and refill settings
The help center says TelyRx fulfills prescriptions without health insurance. Compare its cash total with your actual pharmacy benefit rather than assuming either route is cheaper. An insurance-covered appointment elsewhere and a cash-paid prescription are separate financial decisions.
Look at the refill selection before completing an order and ask when a new provider review is required. Confirm the renewal price and how to stop automatic shipments if selected. A refill authorization is not the same as a scheduled review of symptom benefit, bleeding changes or other clinical concerns.
Transferring a prescription is not transferring care
A pharmacy transfer can move dispensing while your established clinician remains responsible for treatment. Ask which prescription details are required and how discrepancies are handled. If the selected product differs from the prescription, get clinical clarification rather than choosing a similar-looking alternative yourself.

A new pharmacy needs a valid prescription; a new prescriber may need your history, previous response and a fresh assessment before agreeing to continue it.
Decide who monitors the whole regimen
Someone should have a complete view of all your hormone medicines. If systemic estrogen is used and you have a uterus, ask that clinician about the progestogen plan. Ask whom to contact about side effects, new bleeding or a concern that needs an examination. TelyRx describes pharmacist access for medicine questions, but a pharmacist consultation and a medical evaluation have different roles. We did not establish a dedicated longitudinal menopause program from the pages reviewed.
How to use this comparison
TelyRx is useful to investigate as a prescription-request or dispensing option with a published menopause catalog. We did not verify a dedicated compounded-HRT program. Its listed manufactured products should not be grouped with custom formulations solely because both contain hormones.
